i took a break over xmas and now want to start losing weight again.
i lost 3 stone before xmas over about a 4 month period, by exercising on a stationary bike.

should i just carry on as before? eating around 1400 cals a day and exercising on the bike for 45 mins? i want to lose another stone and ill be at my gw. (start weight was 186, now im 145)
i don't have any access to a gym.

bmr: 1400
tdee: 2000

will this do the trick?

Change your exercise regime, doing the same thing over and over will burn fewer calories as your body becomes efficient. Go out hiking hills, start a couch potato running programme, get some second hand fitness DVDs, buy some cheap resistance equipment (bands, Swiss ball etc) to 'tone' and maintain muscle mass.

You should not be eating at your BMR you should be netting your BMR, eating higher. Be sure you are getting enough of all the food groups and nutrients for health, bearing in mind exercise increases your body's need for them all.
  • this is gonna sound stupid but what does "netting your BMR" mean?

Netting - When you look up at your total calories eaten in a day, you'll see a spot that says NET CALORIES. This # should be at your BMR, not the total cals eaten
