The before pictures were taken before I got pregnant with my 2nd baby in 2010. I started eating healthier while I was pregnant and dropped 20 pounds after giving birth. I then made a lifestyle change and started eating right and exercising and lost 100lbs from my pre pregnancy weight. Thank you myfitnesspal!!!!
