Hey.. i'm new to this site and i was wondering if there was anyone in my area of the world ..
My name is Ashley, I'm 22.. I suffer from lack of cartilage in my knees and hips. My goal is to
try and lose 100lbs. And from just adding my daily food intake for today i was extremely
surprised at what it told me. Just from eating one meal from a Chinese restaurant i went
1,240 calories over my daily goal. Hopefully by keeping track of my meals and exercise
i can lose at a healthy rate.. Good Luck to all who are on this site:tongue:

    Chinese food is the worst!! Look up fried rice! I almost fell over when I put it in!!!
