Fast Weight Loss and Flabby Skin

Hi all,
I just started my new diet - I aim to lose a significant amount of weight, and I understand I need to do it at a moderate pace to avoid saggy skin - as well as other health reasons. I am around 1200 calories per day, exercising 3 days a week - and who knows how much "too fast" is, 2 lbs a week? If I do inadvertently lose weight too fast and get the flabby skin yuckiness...does that ever go away? Does it eventually fall back into shape or do you need corrective surgery for that?

i think both.. some people it snaps back or improves with time....if you have a lot of weight to lose you might have the saggy skin.0

There are many factors. Age, heredity, stay hydrated, lose slowly (1200 with a lot too lose will cause you to drop fast), lift weights. Only time will tell.0
