Hellllllllo My Fitness Pal-ers!

I would love some advice for some easy 300 calorie meals. The reason why I need some advice is because I am trying to have 3 x 300 calorie meals per day + 2 x150 calorie snacks. Unfortunately, I starving all the time and my meals are 500 calories.

I would like some tried, tested and true recipes that keeps you full and are easy to make.

My cousin suggested the Biggest Loser's Dave's Terayaki Tofu recipe. I liked that. It was good.
Recipe and nutritional info below.
http://www.food.com/recipe/daves-teriyaki-tofu-327495
(note: I tried the recipe and somehow burnt the broccoli at a high heat temperature. So, next time I may lower the heat. )

Please help me out!

Thank you. I can't wait to learn more about eating healthy.

Jenny
p.s. I took a picture of my recipe but I'm new to this so I do not know how to attach a photo yet.

Tonight I had a rice salad, my own creation. About 309 cals, maybe a little more/less depending on how much sourcream and whatnot you use. And maybe cheese lol.

1/2 cup cooked instant white rice flavored with lime juice.
1/2 cup lettuce (I use romaine)
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
    2 tbsp pace chunky salsa
    1 tbsp guacamole flavored dip
1 soft taco size flour tortilla.

    american cheese slice
    60 cals
Jimmy dean pree cooked turkey sausage crumbles
    70 cals

There is a fantastic and stupid-easy recipe on www.allrecipes.com called Salsa Chicken. You can go to the site for details, but off the top of my head it is

    1) sprinkle taco seasoning on 3-4 chicken breast, flip them over onto a lightly greesed (PAM is fine) baking dish, and sprinkle the other side
    2) cover with salsa (about a cup, maybe a little more for 4)
    3) bake (25 min? @ 425??)
    4) sprinkle w/ cheese (I use pepperjack) and bake 3-5 more min.
    5) Serve (w/ a dollup of sour cream)

Ea. serving is under 300 cal. and DELICIOUS! Now that I am thinking about it, I may make it tonight.

its all about what you season the eggwhites with. I use cajun seasoning or garlic pepper. The yolk has all the fat and cholesterol!

Right? It's also where all the vitamins are! I understand people who want to do egg whites only but for me it will always be the whole (delicious) egg! :)

I love skinnytaste.com and plan my weekly meals around her recipes. I have tried soooo many and love them all. Just made her chicken cacciatore crock pot recipe and it was only 157 calories so I had a side of pasta with it
