    Hello There.
    Im from Southampton and have quite a bit of weight to loose. You know people have things that they are addictive too like crisps, chocolate, drink etc. Well mine is food in general no specifics, I just love food and I can't cut it out so im gonna have to cut it down.

    But the thing is I know what to do ( i think we all do really ) but have been never been able to coach my self. Im great at giving advice but cant help my self.
    But this time its my turn too loose the weight and I would rather skinny dip than chunky dunk any day.

    So if you feel like a friend who is a bit of a nutter, gives advice and can help you on this journey of changing the way you eat, im Ur lady.

    Won't take it personal ( much ) if you don't
