Hi, I'm new to this site, I'm from New Zealand, I'm hoping to lose 28kgs - no wait yes I am going to lose 28kgs!! Looking for any other kiwis out there?

    Come and join the New Zealand Group! We speak in kgs not pounds and cm not feet and inches, and there is a post called "fantastic food finds" too - which is also a great little forum for knowledge building :-)

    The New Zealand Group sound awesome, I like the kgs and cms, am getting confused by pounds etc...! And tips for low calorie foods that you can find in NZ supermarkets!! I'll search for the group:smile:
