Is anyone else absolutely freezing since dieting?

I mean, I know it's winter, but before the diet we (my husband and I) kept the house at 67 and I only slept with a thick sheet over me. Now, I have to keep it at 69-70 or so and I sleep with two or three blankets over me now. I can't even sit out on the couch without a blanket over me. After I get off work, I have to throw 3-4 blankets on and make sure the heat is at 70 in order to get and stay warm.
I've not lost a whole lot of weight, just enough for 1.5 inches off my waist (probably about 10-15lbs... I only weigh myself once or twice a month), but I'm freezing all the time.
Does anybody else get this?

after I was diagnosed with Diabetes and got my blood sugar under control, I found out I got cold real easy. Maybe you were borderline and the change in diet and weight loss corrected it?0

Yep, I'm perfectly healthy (numbers are rockstar) and after my 43 pound weight loss I'm cold 99% of my day. I figure either I'm fat and warm or thin and cold. I'll pick the latter...0

When i lose weight i always.notice i'm no longer hot like i used to be. I don't think it is anything more than a combination of things; eating better, keeping hydrated with water... and losing the fat layers off that brings your inner body thermometer in line with reality. My husband is way overweight and hot all the time...doesn't wear a coat and needs the air conditioner on during the winter at night!0

Having the same problem! I used to be able to go for a walk in the evening during the winter with my bf and with a decent coat I would be ok. Now I'm shivering like crazy from the moment I walk outside. It's a little frustrating b/c I'm so tired of being cold all the time.......butttt, I'm not really going to complain much. I'd rather be cold than chubby hehe.0

For me its the opposite, During the day I was cold and I ALWAYS had to have the AC on and the fan on over my bed because I was SO hot at night. I used to freeze my husband out haha but now I am always warm during the day and just "normal" at night. I dont need the AC on anymore0
