being upset over lettuce

before my fitness venture i used to order or make salad with mea on them. Once the meat was finished I had no luster left for the lettuce.

Today for the first time I realized I ran out of lettuce before i fininshed the meat!

And I was disappointed!
LOL!

note to self: pack MORE lettuce!

    I am actually using a "herb" and spinach mix! All kinds of greens and purples in there! I was using lettuce as a general term for salad greens! LOL
    I'm sure he would have still found something wrong lol

    i use sping mix or spinach and never use iceburg lettuce,add some fruit and nuts also.

    cool. since they all taste like cardboard/crap anyway, may as well get some benefit. sorry to derail.

    I usually get a salad with so much meat that it dwarfs the greens.

    I completely skip the lettucey stuff and just make my salad from broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, etc.

    I don't know where you usually put the dressing..but I tend to put mine on top..lol.

    LOVE that herb mix! That stuff is so good that regular lettuce/romaine just won't do it anymore. I also get sad when I have a great salad and it's gone!

    I was thinking ice cream would be pretty good. If you left out the green stuff on the bottom. :wink:
