Would like some buddies to encourage and be encouraged by :)

I am new to My Fitness Pal. I am a mom of two young kids. And I am ready to lose the weight but don't have any friends or family members who I can team up with. I need to lose about 40-50 pounds. I am down 5 pounds as of today. I love eating :( I could eat an entire loaf of bread dipped in garlic olive oil.... so yeah, I have a lot of changes to make. Any one wanna buddy up?

    Yes, I would like to team up. I can easily eat a loaf of bread in one sitting. In fact I did just that on Sunday. I have been a member for a few months, and did so well just before Christmas. I was delighted with the results and all the family commented. ( I had not seen most of them for months.) Since then, I am struggling to get back on track. I put a load back on and need support to get rid of it again. I love MFP, I know it works.

    Hello! I've been on here for a while but it seems like most of my friends here have dropped off...I can't judge though I was gone for a while and am working hard to get back on track :) I'd be glad to add you and anyone else here that wants to add me feel free, I like new friends :D
  • I, too would like to team up. I find that all throughout the day food is all that I think about. And now that I started to do this, I started this morning all I want to do is eat more! I need to lose between 40-50 lbs and I am not looking forward to it. I am struggling constantly with choosing something healthy rather than the quick candy bar.

    I have just started on here and I would really like to get a support system going so we can each make sure we don't give up.

    My main issue is that I eat like crazy when I am bored and my job happens to be really boring. It is not a good combination
