Having some serious trouble with this move.

Hey guys, I've been training almost two years now and I've been having a lot of trouble hitting my primary goal. Goku was able to master the Kamehameha wave after seeing it just once. I can't seem to get the grasp. Any tips?

I mean should I try and move out of the scope of only doing the original kamehameha? I've heard some of the other ones can be easier to grasp but far more dangerous. I might switch it up and try doing the standing kamehameha for starts. But eventually I'd like to perform a kaio-ken kamehameha. I can't even gather energy, what's wrong!?0
