Hi everyone!
I started MFP last year as my resolution for 2012. By Easter I had lost 3 stone, then I maintained my weight until the summer, and then following an all inclusive holiday to Turkey, I fell off of the wagon and have put it all back on.
I know that MFP works, I saw the results myself and can see all of the amazing successes of everyone on here. I have come to realise that it is the motivation to carry on that I lack, not that it was not working.
It seems as thought when I turn to food it offers short term satisfaction, which in the moment takes priority over the long term satisfaction of losing weight.
I have turned to documenting my progress on YouTube and as a weekly feature on my blog. It would be great to hear some stories of successes from others to help keep me (and others) motivated and any tips for people that have already made it would be magic.
I am 19 years old and I just want to fit into clothes that people my age wear!!
Please check out my blog and YouTube Channel if you are interested in following my MFP journey and by all means get involved!

Good luck to everyone!

I'm confused. Last time I saw one of these threads all the chick's links went to semi-nude pictures- yours is just a legit blog about your progress! Where are the nekkid pics?!
Congrats on getting started. Cheers to your success!0 -
Funny!
Good Luck with your vlog! I've thought about trying that myself. First..have to figure out how.0 -
I'm hoping that it will really work! There are plenty of free blogging sites, perhaps someone could help you. I think it will give me something else to focus pin rather than simply losing weight. Also if i do badly one week, I have to acknowledge it, not cimply ignore it!! xx0
