Hello! I just did Jillian Michaels's killer buns and thighs and 6 pack in 6 weeks. How do i log these exercises? there are some aerobic elements to them but they're not straight cardio workouts. does anyone know how to enter this? thanks!

    I used this as a base .. you can enter in calories burned when you create a new exercise!

    How are you finding 6 week 6 pack? I'm nearly finished week one.. didn't expect it to be so tough!! 30 day shred was a walk in the park in comparison haha!

    You can log them as either cross training or aerobics. Either one is about the same. I googled the actually workout and it said app. 267.

    today was my first day with 6 week 6 pack. I found it tough but not too bad. I think i'm going to be pretty sore tomorrow though and we'll have to see how i feel in a week! you know how the first day can be, doesn't seem to bad but the next day....ouch!
