How to classify bootcamp in the exercise tracker!?!

Ive been going to bootcamp and am struggling how to classify the exercises. its alot of push ups, core workouts, arm curls,bicep curls, tripcep dips, trx work, bridge pose, squats, lunges the list goes on. you get the idea

ive been classifying it as calistehenics - vigorous????

    When I went to bootcamp I logged in as circuit training ~ not sure if this was correct but I knew others who did the same ~ Hope that helps :smile:

    I think interval training would be your most accurate option. :)

    I usually log it as calisthenics- vigorous, as well. Whatever you feel is appropriate

    calisthenics - vigorous sounds right to me, or at least in the right ball park.
