    Hello Kesha,

    Glad that you took the first step to better your health. If you get a chance fill out your Profile and set your goals. A few tips I live by:
    -8oz Luke warm lemon water as soon as my feet touch the ground
    - eat my carbs before 4pm
    - eat 8 servings of fruit and veggies each day
    -walk at least 10,000 steps a day (5 miles)
    -Plan my exercise for the week
    -3 cups of Green Tea daily

    Just some small things that I do.
