Here we go again!

All right, for the last few years I've used this site on and off. I've had health kicks and lost weight but then gained it back. But now it's time to buckle down and live a healthy active life. I need to remember that my health needs to come first! It's time to get serious. I'm going on a vacation to Hawaii in June, I hope to lose 15-20 pounds by then. It's gets hard as the challenges of life are presented to me, I'm gonna need lots of support. I'm a full time student majoring Education, working part time at IHOP. But I'm going to do this and I will be successful. Thank you for your support the fitness pal community. <3

  • Amen! That's my hope. The last time I lost weight, I did it the "quick fix" way. This time, I'm doing it right. Smaller portions, healthy choices, and working out 3 to 5 times a week.
