Starting Weight: 170.7
Current Weight: 170.7
Goal Weight: 150
Weight Lost: 0 (It's only day one)

    I used to do monthly Facebook posts with a picture of the scale to keep myself accountable which very much so motivated me. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
