I love this and fills me up and doesnt make me feel deprived..

1/2 cup of Eggbeaters
1 slice Kraft Fat Free Sharp Cheese
1/2 cup Great Value ( walmart Brand) Shredded hash browns ( they are the only ones I have found with 0 Fat)
A little chopped green onion

Spray Pan with Butter Flavor Pam
Brown the hash brown potatoes a bit, Toss in onion and cover all with the Egg beaters, then cut cheese in strips and layer ontop.
When almost set, Flip in half and let cook till eggbeaters cooked all the way.

Serve it with 1 slice of whole wheat bread (toasted ) and a tsp of strawberry jelly..
Only fat is 1 gr in the bread :)

I love it, simple and makes me feel like I ate a TON!

The omelette takes up half the plate so it fills me up..

i eat a variation of this every morning, without the hashbrown, but i definatly gotta look for them cuz i love me some hash browns, only other difference is i usually use egg whites, defiinatly a good recipe, another good variation is to use a whole wheat tortilla for a breakfast burrito and add some chopped up green peppers (or some hot suace or picante) very low cals for some good flavors but all around a good recipe.

I also supplement with an orange or an apple : )
