Housework ??

Hiya all,

Do people actually put housework down as exercise as I keep forgetting to do so ? as i do alot of housework :smile:

    If I do 2 hours of housework, I will log 1 hour. :)

    Yes some people do. I believe if you do a lot housework then you should count it. I do not count it as exercise because I work out a lot.

    yes ma'am. You burn some calories cleaning and you should claim them. I also log sex. js.... :) It's exercise too

    I don't log exercise at all but I consider housework to be daily activity and not worth logging
