HI, HOW WOULD ONE DETERMINE HOW MANY CALORIES HAVE BEEN EXERTED DURING A WORKOUT IF SAY ....THE WORKOUT WAS NOT DONE ON A CARDIO MACHINE WHERE IT TELLS YOU?

At the top of the screen you should see "exercise" in the tabs. Click on that and then click "add exercise" and you can add exercises by name from there.0

Cardio machines are not accurate anyway. You might get a heart rate monitor that calculates calorie burn or you can use the inbuilt amounts for specific activity and intensity and duration, be sure you understand intensity a lot of people overestimate how much work they are actually doing.0
