4 1/2 month success with pics

I started at 235 and am now down to 179, I am 5'3. I still have 20-40 more pounds to lose by the summer.

I eat a 1200 calorie diet and I work out every single day. I do my treadmill, circuit training and kickboxing. I switch it up and try and get at least 20 min a day if not more. I also allow myself to have cheat days and enjoy foods I am craving. Just because I have a bad meal or day doesnt mean Im done eating healthy. I just get back to it at my next meal 0
