Wow 5 weeks of no movement in weight and it's finally dropping!

It started at Easter. I was actually eating MORE than normal because of being home for family dinners and that somehow kicked in the weight loss. A lot has to be said for tricking your body by not eating the same amount of calories each day (every now and then eat more, then a little less etc).

BUT the main thing for me is the treadmill! 4 months ago I could barely run a mile but last night for the first time ever I ran 5 miles without stops. I've only managed 5 miles before by pausing every 5 minutes to drink water but last night I went 36 minutes straight without slowing or stopping....I'm ecstatic :-)

Your ran 5 miles in 36 mins? That would be fast . That is a little over a 6 min mile. Good job!!

Congratulations! I know that is a great thing to break through the plateau as well as to be healthy enough to be able to go 5 miles without stopping! Keep the bright and right attitude!

WOW!!! Congratulations. It's nice to hear stuff like this because I've only just started and am finding it a bit tiring at the minute having less calories. I can't wait to get to a point where I feel fitter and can run around with my daughter and dog without collapsing with exhaustion!!!!
