Hello!
I'm wondering about women who have had c-sections.
My daughter was born in June, and had to be delivered by a c-section. The incision got horribly infected and had to be reopened several times, so it took me awhile to start trying to get my body back. And then I would start, and give up and do it again. I would like to say I've tried doing everything to get rid of the pooch on my lower stomach, but I know there's probably alot more that I can do. Whenever I workout my stomach, it's almost like I can barely feel the muscles down there working. When I flex my stomach, I can only feel the muscles on either side of the scar actually tighten.
Any advice on how to regain the strength in my stomach?

No advice on the c-section stuff, but I've had 4 kids myself (in 6 years) and find that my stomach muscles are non-existent. I'm all squishy in the middle!!! I'm hoping to work on strengthening my core and maybe see those muscles come back!

I've had two c-sections and yo-yo'd in a 35 lb range for 12 years. I do planks and side planks each week to strengthen my core, I also do assisted pull-ups and I've noticed that I use my abs a lot on the last couple of reps each set. It takes time to build and strengthen muscles. Just be consistent and you'll get there.
    God bless,
