    Thank you!! And itis a little over 2 years! I was off and on though. For example like i finished p90x waited a couple months before i did insanity and added some weight back in between then took another long break before the next program and added some weight.. So basically i could be alot further in my transformation if i quit stopping and stick with it..

    A little over 2 years,380 starting 295 current...Im 6'9 btw so i didnt look as big as i would if i were normal height and weighed that much, And thank you!!!
