Hello I'm young, new, looking for friends and advice!

Hi does anyone want to be my friend and spew lots of knowledge about losing weight?
Just made 18, and my weight training excercises really hurt,

how can i decrease the soreness besides bathing in hot water? :heart: :smooched:

    Hi add me if you want! I used to be a competitve swimmer and now am getting back into shape.
    ETA - drink lots of water and keep up the protein. That should keep the pain down along with regular stretching and healthy diet. ;-)

    It's normal to feel some pain in the muscles you've been working on, if you are getting started with weight training. You just have to drink lots of water, even between workouts. That will help a lot.
