I've lost to date 212 pounds. My highest weight was 420. I still have plenty to lose I've done this all by diet and exercise my doctor said I was beyond help that I needed surgery I went into mini depression and gained more weight and I just woke up one day and totally did a 360 on my life. The only thing thats in my way right now is the massive amount of lose skin :/
