what would you do with fillo shells

just got some fillo shells and not sure what to do with them

any ideas would be awesome

    fill them with some marscrapone cream with mini chocolate chips in it! yum! you can find how to make marscrapone cream online, super easy!
    or you can dice up pistacios and walnuts with honey and fill them ... sorta like a greek baklawa!
