I took it years back before it was OTC. I maintained about a one pound a week weightloss, so it definately works. You just have to be REALLY REALLY careful with what you eat. Cheating is definately not an option with this medicine....the side effects are.....less than great we'll say. LOL You don't absorb all the fat you eat, so it literally goes right through you. Since it doesn't allow you to absorb everything (some of those fats you DO need), it would be a good idea to pair it with a multi vitamin.....or better yet, a prenatal vitamin. That way you're getting everything that you're needing. Good luck! I hope it works for you!!0
