    I like the elliptical...I like treadmill too but its harder on my knees.

    I kinda like using the Elliptical most of the time because of its lesser impact on my knees.

    Squat rack. What a fantastic, multi-dimensional piece of equipment. I use it for curls, OHP, deadlifts and shrugs. Oh yeah, and squats. Almost forgot you can squats in those things too.

    I bought a new treadmill for the first time a little over a month ago...I looked for 2 months. I stumbled upon a Freemotion 40% incline mountain climber treadmill browsing one night..I was sold immediately. Easy on the knees and a tremendous workout without having to run..

    If you said anything other than "barbell" you need to re-evaluate your training program.

    Weights is best for building muscle, that's for sure...I haven't implemented that into my workout yet..
