What piece of fitness equipment do you use most?

For me, as of late, it's the treadmill. What about you?

    squat rack for sure.. followed closely by the rower and the plyometric benches

    I like the elliptical...I like treadmill too but its harder on my knees.

    I kinda like using the Elliptical most of the time because of its lesser impact on my knees.

    My Marin bike, followed by treadmill, followed by elliptical.

    Squat rack. What a fantastic, multi-dimensional piece of equipment. I use it for curls, OHP, deadlifts and shrugs. Oh yeah, and squats. Almost forgot you can squats in those things too.

    Treadmill, by far. it's so cold outside!

    I use the road. But I can't wait to get a treadmill with the upcoming tax return! That will be what I use most.

  • If you said anything other than "barbell" you need to re-evaluate your training program.

  • I bought a new treadmill for the first time a little over a month ago...I looked for 2 months. I stumbled upon a Freemotion 40% incline mountain climber treadmill browsing one night..I was sold immediately. Easy on the knees and a tremendous workout without having to run..

    Weights is best for building muscle, that's for sure...I haven't implemented that into my workout yet..

    The treadmill, it resides in my living room.

    There is no ignoring the beast.

    I actually like using the treadmill, it allows me some great zone out time.

    Right now, the snow shovel. Haha!

    But normally the stationary bike & Netflix - perfect for zoning out and burning calories.

    Plyometrics are far more effective than weights.
