Looking for some inspiration specifically from success with the 30 day shred. Also, will you share how much you altered your diet while doing the program.

    LOL! oops! on a different site I use its referred to as the 30DS for short so I figured it would be understood.

    Hey i'm on day 9 and level 2, I haven't taken pics but i have felt my endurance bulid up and lost 3 pounds!

    I don't eat after 8 and I don't eat any fast food other than the occasional subway 6". I stay under my recommended calories for the day and just make sure I eat good healthy meals.

    I've been trying to stay really committed and I have a love hate relationship with the shred!!! haha

    I’m not quite ready to share my before pictures and I haven’t reach my goals so I don’t have after picture yet, but I’ll share what I’ve been doing and the changes that I made to my diet – hopefully that will be of some help.

    I’ve been doing 30 day shred since the middle of January. Before started it I was losing an average of 1/2 pound a week, after adding it to my routine I’m averaging about 1½ pounds each week. I don’t do it every day, usually about 3 – 4 times week, but I also walk 2 miles daily (weather permitting), and I have a Latin cardio dance DVD that I do about twice a week. I drastically altered my diet. Before, I would eat candy and chocolate all day – my job can pretty stressful and someone is always bringing in baked goods. So I started bringing carrots and apples into work with me for when I got hungry in-between meals. Also, since I’m eating healthier stuff between meals, I’m not so hungry at lunch and dinner time so I’m eating less then too. My family and friends say they can see the weight loss when the look at me but I can’t see a difference in the mirror yet. But, all my jeans are starting to get too big on me so I know its working. Hope that helps!!!
