Hi there,
Ive just tried this for the first time - the fruit and nut one. Can anyone tell me if the nutritional info per serving includes the milk that is added. Its quite misleading, and doesnt say on the pack, just gives "per 40g serving".
Thanks. Think I will count the milk in as well just in case.
Its delicious by the way!!!

    Have you tried searching MFP? I googled it and i believe it is in the MFP database. Maybe barcode scan it or manually type it in?


    In one entry - it says satchet. So maybe per bag or whatever it comes in?
