Save your money and buy a good pair of athletic shoes instead. Raspberry ketones have never been studied on humans for their effect on weight loss. It has been used in our foods for a long while, though, as a flavor enhancing chemical since the 1920's.
So, since we've been eating the stuff for generations and as a society we have all become a lot fatter, I'd say that they do nothing to assist in weight loss.
Perhaps adding some raspberries to some plain greek yogurt would be a better weight loss plan.0 -
hi there, i have tried the raspberry ketones,,,just one bottle..,i didnt find that it helped....im not sure what brand they were, personally i would save your money, stick with MFP and take a multi vitamin...0
