My Stair Stepper Machine, I wanna look into getting a Body Beam though like the one on you tube Madonna Grimes uses looks like you can do alot with that and would be a good workout0

I used my treadmill every day, but I am in love with my bench press, and the few times a week that I do use it is priceless to me.0

Once I recover from a stress fracture, I'll be starting a running program using a treadmill and outside on trails. Right now I'm working to get strong (glutes, abs, upper body) so that I can avoid injury0 -

Kickbag while holding handweights is favorite at the moment, boxing gloves second...leg press, bench press, pull downs, rower, elliptical, squats/lunges with handweights, bike (least favorite, hate it). Like medicine ball too.0

Right now, I use the rower the most. I'm in a full leg brace after knee surgery, so I do a hips, abs, and arms only row (keeping my legs straight).0
