    The treadmill, it resides in my living room.

    There is no ignoring the beast.

    I actually like using the treadmill, it allows me some great zone out time.

    But normally the stationary bike & Netflix - perfect for zoning out and burning calories.

    Plyometrics are far more effective than weights.

    My Stair Stepper Machine, I wanna look into getting a Body Beam though like the one on you tube Madonna Grimes uses looks like you can do alot with that and would be a good workout

    I used my treadmill every day, but I am in love with my bench press, and the few times a week that I do use it is priceless to me.

    Once I recover from a stress fracture, I'll be starting a running program using a treadmill and outside on trails. Right now I'm working to get strong (glutes, abs, upper body) so that I can avoid injury
