Calories in homemade stuffing

I'm doing my standard roast this Sunday and am trying (helplessly) to find out how many calories in homemade stuffing.

I don't suppose anyone could help me?

For our stuffing I use half an onion, one clove garlic, one tbsp mixed herbs, two slices white bread, salt, pepper, 100-150ml chicken stock and a little butter to fry off the onion and garlic first. This will then be roasted in the oven not inside the bird.

I also sometimes use sausage meat from 1-2 sausages, how many calories would this add?


Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
