Hello everyone,

I'm a 28 year old female from the UK who is looking for weight loss buddies who need to lose quite a lot of weight.
I need to lose about 7 stone/45kg.

    I am 27, living in south wales. I need to lose about 45kg.
    I just started diet chef plan and I have lost 2kg this week, so its a step in the right direction :-)

    I am from South West Wales and have been on this site for almost a year. I needed to lose 4 stone and to date have lost 24lbs. The last few months have not seen much weight loss, but I am back in the groove this week and hope to lose more from now on. This is a great site and friends help a lot with their motivation.
