Cardio without straining my achilles. Any advice please?

I currently have achilles tendonitis and even walking for more that 20 minutes causes a lot of pain. I'm looking for some simple exercise to burn calories without putting strain on my achilles. I don't fancy joining a gym so anything I can do at home would be great. Anybody have any ideas?

    How about shadow boxing? You can even do that while sitting.

    Brilliant idea, thanks!. I've got a Wii fit gathering dust somewhere and 'm sure that's got a boxing exercise on it. I'll give it a go.
