Fasting

Has anyone tried Intermittent fasting? I'm going to try the 5:2 method - ie fast for 2 days a week at 500 cals per day. Do you add your exercise calories back in?

    I do a form of it but I do the 17:7, where I fast for 17 hrs and only eat for 7 hours a day. I personally love it and wish I would have started much sooner! I no longer get hungry all day long, my body is satisfied with eating between 12-7. It's a great way to help your body fully digest all of the food you consume instead of storing it. Definitely do your research and make sure it's the right fit for you. I've looked into the type of fast you're thinking about doing and I've read that on your low days you shouldn't really workout.
    (I have been doing this for months now btw & I'm working on shortening my eating window to 6hrs)
