I'm not new to dieting, but I'm new to this website !
I've dieted off & on through the past few years, but never kept myself motivated enough to stay on a good schedule & do what I have to do.
But, y'know the saying, new year, new you !
So i decided to really push myself, & I'm aiming to lose about 120 lbs, no matter how difficult or long the process is.
I'd also like to meet new people & make new friends on here !
I'm quite friendly, & if anyone would like to talk to me, please feel free.

    welcome. this site is very helpful. we all need support and motivation. you can do this. stay focused and stay positive. there will be bad days...but many more good days than bad. don't be hard on yourself on those bad days. when you fall down, get back up and continue moving farward. have great friends also. they help out more than we realize. just joined beginning of the year and i've made good progress so far. it's an investment in your future...put in a lil every day so that you can enjoy the big payout at the end. best wishes on your journey. add me if you want.
