beat 1 or 2 bananas w/ 1+ c of quick oatmeal and a dash of cinnamon.
bake 15-20 min at 350.

i baked these this morning :laugh: (for my family?:laugh: ) and i think they turned out wonderful!:bigsmile:
~hope my 13yr old daughter and wonderful husband like them as much as i do! :huh: :huh: :huh:
of corse, you can add anythig else u desire. nuts? raisons? chocolate chips?
i did add a few craisons. wish i added nuts.:indifferent:

But the last time I used quick oatmeal in my baking it gave my finished recipe an egg like texture, does that resemble the same texture as this cookie or is it crisp?0 -

i forgot to add, your cookie sheet needs to be well greesed. but, i simply used parchment paper.
riper bananas are best, but i beat mine well instead.
the texture of my batch was definately not crisp.0 -

Made these with a banana, cup and a half of rolled oats, some stevia, cinnamon and ginger. They were pretty good
Next time ill dice up a few dried apricots and add some raisins0
