Any of you from Ottawa, Canada? I'd love to connect with people close by who have similar goals; I'm looking to loose around 70 pounds and I need some support! I go to The Athletic Club in Trainyards :)

    My goal was 100
    Most 85 so far decided I want to hit 110 lost
