Has surprised you the most about your diet?
Mine has been how much I am actually enjoying eating good foods and even though I sometimes get cravings which I never cave in on, I am surprised at how much I don't miss eating junk food!
I've been dieting 2 weeks Tuesday and I usually have given up by now x

That's a really important point. Choose something you can enjoy and stick to. A healthy diet should be seen as a new way of life not a temporary phase.
I'm personally on Keto, a commonly misunderstood and criticised diet (high fat, low carb) and am incredibly energetic and not hungry/craving sweet stuff, ever. I'm 10 days in and truly feel like I've made the right choice. And a sustainable one at that.

i am on a no sugar life style change (dont like the would diet its not my friend!) im amazed after 3 months on this i dont crave sugar or care about it anymore. I eat foods as they come so eat pure butter, dont take fat off bacon (though i dont really like meat fat anyway) and eat plenty of whole unprocessed food due to not having sugar.i feel great, my shape is changing fast and my skin, nails etc are looking better than they have in years!0
