Does anyone know to track calories when just walking up flights of stairs?

    Under the database of exercises look for Waking Stairs and input the amount of time spent walking them.

    I tried this I come up with jogging up stairs but not walking. I just took 5 min off time don't know how else to do this any suggestions.

    this is a tough one - I have the fitbit so that makes it easy, but anything else feels like an estimate...

    time yourself and then type it in on the exercise bit, I was shocked that stairs burned more cals than walking or running

    yeah - climbing stairs is like intense right? or am I the only one. I couldn't go 5 flights at first....and climbing 10 still gets my heart racing....it must be awesome.
