Chocolate milk! Tasty and, supposedly, the ideal recovery drink.

Low fat chocolate milk is the ultimate recovery drink.
  • I'm just starting to run, and this is great to know about the chocolate milk. I'm a HUGE fan of Natural PB and banana sandwiches, also! Great info, all! Keep it coming!

Chocolate milk sounds like a good one, I always grab the first thing I can get to like a banana or a granola bar. Chocolate milk sounds filling!!

I do the choc milk too (low fat and organic). Horizon makes these little single use containers. I just buy 10 a week (usually only $1 each) and I'm good to go.

A yogurt is great as it has protein or a glass of milk is great too!
