                    My starting weight was 220. I am now 150 it took me 7 years up and down in my weight. This year am focus on maintaining my weight keeping track of my workouts and eating the best I can on most days. If I go up 2 lbs in my weight get back on track so 2lbs dont turn into 30lbs.What I have learned is how to lose the weight.,but am learning how to maintain at this weight. So good luck to everyone no matter where you are in your weight loss.

            My starting weight was 176lbs. I'm currently at 136lbs and my ultimate goal is 125! It took me a long time to lose this weight but I'm glad I did it Still got a bit of a ways to go!                        0 Still got a bit of a ways to go!                        0

 Goal: 132
 Writing that is HARD!! I was SO CLOSE to goal, decided I could slack off and did not then slack off!! I rarely exercised, never wrote down what I ate and my water intake went WAY down.
 I am now back and ready to keep going until, and even after, I hit my goal.
 Keep reminding myself that when I EAT CRAP I FEEL LIKE CRAP!!! LOL0
