My name is Sarah. I'm 25. I'm a college student, artist, and a heart transplant recipient. I am almost 3 years post transplant and I gained 56 lbs. :( I've stayed away from most sugar since the beginning of December. Lost 10 lbs! Yipppeee! Just looking for friends to help along the way. I believe I'm a sugar addict... it's like "once you pop you can't stop" or "if you give a mouse a cookie" lol. :)

    I know how the "sugar addiction" goes, I have one as well...hard to not try replacing the sweet with the salty tho. :(

    I lived with heart failure for almost 5 years.. so I got the salt thing down pretty good :)
