Chicken calories? Weight before or after cooked?

Do you calculate calories on the weight before it's cooked or after?
I bought Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Breast (boneless/skinless) and raw it weighed 225grams.
The nutritional info is for 150 grams it's 160 calories. So that would but the calories at about 210 for one chicken breast if weight is based off raw weight.
Or do you use the cooked weight. I am not sure what the cooked weight would be as I didn't weigh in. I know it loses a lot of liquid as when I use my slow cooker, there is a lot of liquid that comes out of the chicken as it cooks, so must weight a good bit less.
Do you use calories for the weight before or after it's cooked?
Is there a general calorie count for chicken breast?

My rule, when possible, is to use the values for raw ingredients and add all oils, sauces, etc.
That's because it's too hard to find "thing cooked a certain way". It's much easier to find "raw thing" and add "a bit of this and a bit of that".
My 2 cents.
If anything, food might lose some calories during cooking, not gain (assuming you account for oils, etc.). That way I know I'm not under-reporting.0 -

You should weigh before cooking as the method you choose to use to cook your chicken will remove a varying amount of water weight. However, raw chicken has close to the same amount of water as other raw chicken. Typically, 4 oz of raw chicken is 100 calories or thereabouts.0
