I'm from Poplarville Mississipppi and was wondering if there was any others on here...
I'm 5ft 1in, 193lbs, goal is somewhere near 120...
any advice???

    I not from Mississippi, but from Texas. Losing weight is hard, so my best advise would be to be determined to do it. Don't give in, and one thing I have been asking myself, that seems to help is "Are you hungry, or are you just wanting to eat". A lot of the times I find myself just wanting to eat. I find water helps the urge. Hope that helps on your journey.
