I have just started this today wondering how to work out the calourie burn in it to add to my day.

If you go to your diary and click "add," you will see the cardiovascular option. You can search for your exercise on there. Once you have found it, type in the amount of minutes you worked out for, and how many calories you burned.0

Thanks for that, it sounds really complicated, I was just wanting a rough estimate of the calories for the 20 minute workout without having to break it down to each exercise.0
