Sky Zone

Last night I took my kids to Sky Zone for their birthday. Its basically a room that is full of trampolines. Huge cardio work-out, but how would you recommend that I log it? (need some exercise to balance the pizza and ice cream cake that I had!!)

    I can jump pretty solid for like 10 minutes, then need a 3-5 min break before hitting it again. I haven't done cardio in awhile, so I felt like I was going to have a heart-attack after jumping around and flipping a few times. Fun as hell and the kids love it as much as the adults!

  • Hahaha, true that! I was just there today for 2 hours, and found this post wondering how I should log it. And I can say it officially wore me out!
